Accommodations

All Assisted Living accommodations at Friends Home come equipped with wall to wall carpeting, cable TV hookups, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, telephone jacks, an emergency call system, and full sprinkler system.

Friends offers a variety of room sizes.

Residents are encouraged to bring their own furnishings and decorate their apartments according to their personal style.

Short-term stays (respite) are available for a week or more and enable an individual to experience Assisted Living at Friends Home.

These stays are perfect for older adults who need support after an illness or hospital stay, or whose caregivers (spouse or families) may be going on vacation or have other obligations which make caregiving not possible. Short term stays are an excellent option for those who are no longer able to travel with their families, or who want a "break" from their own regular routines.
